Most people are sold on a particular MLM business opportunity. They get invited to a meeting and there is a lot of pressure to join that business. They always seem to have good closer’s that can make you feel very guilty if you don’t sign up at that moment. Another very common way is for a friend,Family member,or neighbor who is usually new in the business and was told by his or her sponsor to make a list of everyone they know and call them and get them into the business. There is also other methods such as door knocking and cold calling and going to malls etc. These methods is now considered by very many “Old School”.
The above methods are the way I did MLM marketing for a number of years with very limited success. Then I found Internet marketing. I changed company’s and dove in not really knowing anything about it. I spent hours and a lot of money I didn’t have, The results were not near what I expected or hoped fore I did a lot of research and I talked with a lot of Internet marketers that were having good success.
What was I doing wrong?? Two things 1. I wasn’t totally sold on the product I was trying to sell  2. I wasn’t using any kind of a system I was just going wily nilly a little here and a little there.
I kept my eyes open for a person I thought would be good to work with and found one She was doing very well and was always available to answer questions. We had started out about the same time but she had a lot better information from her sponsor and she also changed companies and it was one I could be passionate about.
I joined the same company with her as my sponsor and with her helping me things changed quickly 1. I had a product that I loved and 2. I had a coach that introduced me to a company that specialized in Attraction Marketing WOW what a difference a little tweaking can do.She is always there for any help I need along the way. We also have a very successful team and it is no looking back for me.
All that to say look for someone that is active and successful or active enough that you don’t have any doubts they will be there for the long haul. I personally think you need to commit at least one year and work consistently and stay focused plus have a product that you truly believe in probably not one that there is a few hundred others product that are practically the same thing and get into the my product work better than your product That is hard to win.
I am here to help
